Sharon Yvonne Stone (born March 10, 1959) was born in Meadville Pennsylvania to Dorothy Lawson an accountant and Joseph William Stone Jr., a tool and Die maker who previously worked as a worker for a manufacturing company. She has three siblings: Michael, Kelly, and Patrick. Stone was thought to be an academically talented child when she began in the second grade at age five. She was a graduate of Saegertown High School located in Saegertown, Pennsylvania, in 1975. Also, Stone competed and was crowned the Miss Pennsylvania beauty contest. Stone as well as her aunt relocated from New Jersey to New Jersey to start a modelling career in 1977. The two signed on with an agency called the Ford Modeling Agency after a short period of time. After a year spent in Milan and Paris, Stone moved to Europe. In the end, Stone became disillusioned with the modeling scene and modeling in Europe and decided to pursue acting while in the country. In her 20s, she starred in the Woody Allen film "Stardust Memories" which received mixed reviews.
