Najarra was just three years old when she knew exactly what she wanted from life. From her childhood she was modeling, in addition to appearing on local stage. The actress continued to perform in musicals and theater throughout the rest of her teens. She first appeared on the big screen at age ten, as a co-star on the film "Menace". Najarra's appearance in the Sundance and Cannes prize-winning "Me and You and Everyone We Know" was a hit in 2005 and drew global attention. She has played the titular role in a variety of films, such as: "Tru Loved", "Marin Blue", "Betty I am" as well as in several other popular indie films.
